Roles and Responsibility
AV Technician
Operating and Maintaining Equipment:
•
• Handles maintenance of all equipment including repairs.
• Handles the inventory and safekeeping of all audio / video materials and spare parts.
• Completes assigned tasks within given deadlines.
• Configure LED Systems, Watchout & Audio systems.
• Expert in Visual Network solutions (Video over IP protocol), KVM Extenders , Switcher & Matrix.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AV system on occurrence of any issue.
• Monitor and manage Audio Visual equipment and system utilization
• Actively participate in implementations, 24x7 support on all turn key project to all levels of hosting, operations and support
Supporting Events:
• Works closely with the event team to support special events and activities.
• Provides basic training to staff for equipment operation such as DVD players, LCD screens and sound systems.
Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in AV installation and operation
Skills:
• Basic Computer skills required.
• Proficient skills in reading and understanding schematic diagrams of AV install systems.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
