As an IT Manager, you are accountable for delivering impactful customer and consumer solutions and adding measurable business value to P&G across all aspects of the business.
The work you do is challenging as we strive to constantly innovate frugally, learn as fast as possible with small prototypes, and then scale across the business.
How success looks like
Ability to develop understanding of P&G business strategies, goals and processes, and then usage of technology to positively impact them
Ability to manage vendors of different sizes to ensure service operations standards across all new and base systems/solutions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills with the ability to partner and work within diverse organizations and teams
Ability to lead agile IT innovation, bringing technological disruptions into the P&G ecosystem for better e-Business results
Responsibilities of the role
Lead change managements and operations of crucial data reporting systems required by customer and distributor teams.
Own market data operations to ensure availability, reliability and integrity of the data. Ensure high end user confidence on the data.
Innovate new ways to automate, analyze and visualize the data for solving business questions, helping take faster action.
Work with multifunctional teams from different geographies and organizations to deliver tangible outputs for your respective area of accountability.
Lead Infosecurity for the organization and ensure all latest compliance standards are deployed thoroughly.
Execute projects with discipline, that requires timely communication with stakeholders to ensure project stays on track. Continuously develop Project Management Skills.

Qualifications
Role Requirements
Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering is preferred.
Must have proven success from school or past work experience that demonstrate self-initiative and leadership in solving problems, as well as project execution that delivered tangible outcome.
Ability to learn technical skills that may include programming, system architecture designing and solution management.
Proficient in English and Arabic
Saudi National
A Fresh graduate or having a maximum of 5 years of relevant experience.
