What you’ll be doing:
Leading implementations, ongoing developments and optimizations of CS technology (e.g. Gainsight, CRM);
Defining, optimizing and safeguarding global processes and metrics related to CS, including maintaining an internal knowledge base;
Proactively identifying and driving (strategic and operational) initiatives to increase the effectiveness of our CS teams across all regions;
Implementing and driving adoption of global CS strategies, programs and initiatives;
Serving as an Operations sparring partner to the Global Director of Customer Success;
What you’ll bring:
Associate’s degree or higher;
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success (in a customer-facing or Operations role) or in Sales Operations;
Experience working with Customer Success Management software as an admin (such as Gainsight or similar);
Strong ability to lead complex and strategic projects, working with (senior) management and C-level executives;
Strong communication skills in English.
