Petrofac is looking to recruit a Project Interface Manager to join our Project Delivery Team to be based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Main purpose of the role:
Manage and co-ordinate project interfaces between multiple work packages/contractors, Government and certification authorities, vendors, engineering to ensure: compliance with schedule, consistent design basis and data set, overall design consistency and integrity.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage and co-ordinate project interfaces between multiple work packages/contractors, Government and certification authorities,vendors,engineering to ensure: compliance with schedule, consistent design basis and data set, overall design consistency and integrity.
- Identify all stakeholder with interest in the project and define all relative interface.
- Design, Monitor and Manage a stakeholder interface matrix with associated stakeholder/interface management plan. Effective interface management and control including their relevant activities, facilitating the traceability of agreements and changes, if any.
- Coordinate the interaction between all phases of the project in respect to deliverables. Support team coordination to ensure execution as per defined parameters.
- Ensure a cost-effective integration between different packages/contractors/authorities and project activities.
Skills & Experience:
- Engineering Degree, with preferred Electrical Major.
- Experience in Civil Construction in Netherlands / Germany, including regulatory codes.
- At ease with efficient Change Management and Controls.
- Ability to exercise self-control and being resilient.
- Interpersonal relations, Persuasion and good listening / communication skills.
