RINA is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join its office in Abu Dhabi within the Energy Engineering Solutions Division

Job Responsibilities
Deliver project objectives for delivery of the maintenance management system included population and delivery of the Asset Register, Spare Parts Materials Register, perform Maintenance Analysis, develop Maintenance Strategies, Maintenance Tasks, Maintenance Instructions and Procedures, and prepare Preventative Maintenance Plans.
Significant and demonstrable experience with CMMS ideally in Frontline, SAP or Maximo PM and proficiency in data preparation templates.
Experience of operations, maintenance reliability and asset integrity, with a substantial track record and proof of performance in a similar position and work coordination.
Preparing and modifying equipment hierarchy for plants facilities as per ISO14224.
Proficiency in SIL assessment and define the Job plan per SIL value.
Competence in HSE-CES identification and catteries with experience in preparation of HSE-CES Tag List, HSE-CES Equipment Performance Standard and HSE-CES Inspection & Testing Procedures and Frequencies..
Demonstrable experience in development of Performance Standard for HSE&B-CES Equipment.
Thorough grasp of principals and application of Maintenance / Asset Management techniques such as RCM, RAM, RBI and FMECA.
To act as technical CMMS Engineer within the project, in addressing any such technical queries that may arise associated with CMMS and Asset Integrity Management
Key Skills
- BSc or BEng Engineering degree (preferably Mechanical Engineering) with comprehensive 10 years of experience in the role as the senior responsible person.
- Good knowledge of various Computerized Maintenance and Materials Management Systems.
- Knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is an advantage.
- Highly proficient in the use of SAP & MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Visio, Project & PowerPoint).
- Able to develop the Operations & Maintenance scope deliverables and implementation of the delivery execution strategy.
- Good knowledge of common upstream and downstream Oil and Gas processing systems and equipment maintenance requirements.
- Maintaining at all times the required high technical quality of work delivery and project control as expected.
