What you will be doing:
We are looking for an experienced digital project lead to join our team on a contract-based role. You will be responsible for supporting and driving projects from planning to delivery; drive scheduling, strategic planning, issues resolution, and scope definition for end-to-end projects, including tracking of development and test cycles across all relevant engineering and business teams, and to drive the daily change control and communication strategy. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. you also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.

Roles & Responsibilities:
In defining scope and cost of work - making sure quotes and budgets are considered and accurate, time frames are workable, project scopes are clearly defined, and the necessary skills and resources are available and allocated to the project.
In keeping projects on track, by guiding production briefs from concept through to clear deliverables, creating clear task lists, tracking issues and coordinating team status meetings and reports, resulting in clear actions and communication to keep all stakeholders informed of the project's progress
In collaborating with the clients: defining visions, explaining complex ideas, managing expectations, and presenting SOW work iterations etc.
In tracking projects' financial performance, and escalating any scope creep that impacts on delivery deadlines and profitability
In completing project recons and ensuring the delivery of issue logs and post-project reviews to drive continuous learning and improvement.
In supporting management with new business development across the region.
Provides project management, leadership, and subject matter expertise for a team in support of corporate technology systems
Responsible for management of the entire project lifecycle from project definition/scope through implementation
Knowledge & Experience
Experience working with a Product Owner to ensure work is prioritised, clear goals are set, and expectations are managed
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management or a related field (preferably in the UAE) ideally Arabic speaking.
Progressive experience managing multiple large-scale, enterprise level infrastructure projects including service design and product delivery.
PMP and/or ITIL Certification desired but not required
Experience in Infrastructure technologies
Understands project scope and customer expectations.
Understands resource and revenue planning/forecasting.
Proficient in software scheduling tools and applications.
High level project management process competencies.
Strong proficiency in MS office (excel, word, power point), Adobe Writer, Visio, MS Project, basic Windows environment, and internet business application usage.
Proven negotiation skills.
