Your new role

To be the primary business contact for Feeder Operators, increase volume of business from a portfolio of accounts within Container Terminal and consistently provide excellent service whilst maximising profitability.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5-7 years of experience.
• To be actively involved in Strategic planning and Development for Feeder Operators/NVOCC focusing on both short and long term planning.
• To be the primary point-of-contact for all Feeder Operators, NVOCC and Main Lines, set and agree on operational KPI’s with our operations as well as each customer, draft yearly volume, revenue and cost budgets in liaison with container terminal operations
• To actively engage in-house feeder operator in ensuring all network requirements over Jebel Ali are met.
• To understand Main Line networking and identify opportunities to attract transshipment volume to Jebel Ali
• To be continuously updated and ware of developing market trends, opportunities and anticipate changes in advance, and accordingly be able to provide tailor made solutions to address these changes.
• To build strong relationships and partnerships with the customers.
