Job Description

JOB ACTIVITIES

UMDS Process:

    To manage UMDS process of TMME
    Responsible for Internal New Product Introduction Process as well as Global UMDS process
    Continuous co-ordination with all the stake holders to ensure the timely creation of product codes.


SAP MATERIAL MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT:

    SKU rationalization target of 1200+10% codes in TMME.
    Material Master data Management , perfom SAP transactions and troubleshooting activities.

 
     OEM, KPI and other reporting:

    To compile the OEM sales data and to prepare the monthly OEM reporting.
    To prepare the monthly KPI reporting of Technical & OEM department highlighting the results of New OEM Business development, Cost Savings, SKU Management, Technical Trainings, ANAC etc…
    To post the information in ROSA - Global OEM reporting portal

   
    FORMULATION MANAGEMENT:

    Control-document release and updates.
    Work on exceptional release when required.
    Coordinate with the plant to ensure effective reduction of SMAC.


TECHNICAL VALIDATION:
 

    Prepare local Technical Data Sheets if required.
    Ensure that Ishare and local folders are up to date with product TDS.
    Coordinate with marketing department to ensure correct technical content for labels and collaterals.


ANAC:

    Managing of ANAC oil condition monitoring system including testing, reporting, reviewing and coordination.
    Coordinating with Customers/ Labs  for Samples sent by the customers and ensuring the reports are released on time.
    Clear Diagomar plus reports for Lubmarine while other tech dept staff are on leave.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

    UMDS Process: SKU Management 1200 +10% codes
    OEM and KPI Reporting: Monthly  KPIs to be updated and Quarterly Rosa global reporting.
    Formulations Savings – Assist in Formulation optimization in reaching the yearly Target for the department.
    Strict adherence and compliance towards Group HSE Charter & MAESTRO requirement and affiliate’s HSEQ Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all time.
    Demonstrates exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance and professionalism regarding HSE in all their activities
    Ensure adherence to compliance processes and guidelines specific to position’s roles and responsibilities.
