Job Description
Sell Genuine Spare Parts related to equipment's/commercial vehicles and provide satisfactory after sales service to all customers; especially walk in customers.

1) Attend to walk in Customers enquiries
2) Customer relationship management
3) Coordinate with the Parts Specialists/Counter Supervisor to help the customer for his parts requirements and hence develop a close relationship with the customer.
4) Identify correct parts by using Catalogues and EPC.
5) Prepare parts quotes
6) Report any competition activities in the market.

Requirements

    University Degree/Diploma in preferably in Automobile
    Minimum 2/3 years experience, good computer skill, good communication skill
