Minimum qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
    Experience in advertising, marketing and sales management.
    People management experience.
    Experience working at an executive level; influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

    Experience and success devising breakthrough plans to achieve business growth.
    Knowledge of Google and YouTube products & solutions and its positioning in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) market.
    Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
    Ability to mentor and coach a team in an effort to drive their performance and develop their talent.

As an Industry Head for Ads, you'll help guide our customers through the transformative shifts occurring in both their industry and digital advertising. This team is uniquely situated to shape how companies grow in the digital age. You will advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video, programmatic and mobile to help them connect with their audiences and grow their business.

Along with leading senior customer relationships and engagements, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a senior sales team. This team partners across Google with a variety of teams to bring the best of Google's products and solutions to our complex customer set.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities

    Set vision and strategy for the business, identify growth opportunities, identify/mitigate risks and influence stakeholders.
    Implement business growth plans, account plans and business processes for the assigned list of key advertisers in a complex matrixed environment.
    Establish and develop C-level relationships with advertisers, advocate for Google solutions in relation to advertiser’s goals and objectives of growth.
    Represent Google as a keynote speaker at industry events, developing Google’s brand and identifying growing trends in the industry.
    Develop team culture and team members by role modeling, coaching and growing talent.
