 Director of Sales, Middle East- Beyond Meat, Dubai, UAE


Responsibilities

        Own and develop sales channels for Beyond in the Middle East market
        Identify and lead the development of new business opportunities that improve product mix and consumer exposure in local markets
        Lead and have accountability for forecasting and business planning activities that establish budget, volume, and profit targets
        Serve as strategic partner to customer stakeholders with a focus on elevating our presence and maintaining a keen eye on growth opportunities across the different sales categories and geographies
        Lead high performing team, including Field Merchandising reps with an understanding of what growth looks like for individuals based on experience levels, skill sets, development plans

Qualifications

        8 years of sales experience including sales team management and experience with strategic accounts and mass retailers and food service vendors.
        Have experience in a top-tier consumer products and/or food and beverage company
        Demonstrate strong financial acumen, understanding relationships between volume and profit.
        Demonstrate ability to lead in an entrepreneurial setting.
        Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
        Are adept at managing multiple priorities across the customer landscape.
