As an Income Auditor you are responsible to review and verify all financial reports in order to ensure a proper authorization in compliance with the applicable policies and procedures.

What you will be doing:

    Compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete. Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records.
    Check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded
    Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
    Control and secure cash and cash equivalents for property according to cash handling policy and procedures.
    Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records in accordance with document retention and confidentiality policies and procedures.
    Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
    Review rage variance report in order to ensure the correct rate is applied
    Examine paid out vouchers, allowance vouchers, correction vouchers and approved by authorized person and discrepancies are justified in any.
    Review overages and shortages of Cashiers and take appropriate action and review Front Office foreign exchange rates as and when required etc..

Qualifications & Experiences

You should have at least one year previous experiences within a hotel environment in accounting, excellent verbal and written English communication skills and computer literacy is a must, while knowledge of Opera, Micros, FBM and SUN System an asset.
