What You'll Do

        Display strong problem-solving and decision-making skills when interacting with internal employees, key stakeholders, and training vendors.
        Explore and choose appropriate training methods per case based on training objectives and target audience.
        Assist with all internal and external training-related inquiries or queries.
        Maintain employee training records, updated curriculum database, and ensure active participation in various training programs.
        Market available training opportunities to employees and provide the necessary information.
        Maintain and manage in-house training facilities and resources.
        Gather insights from participant’s feedback to assess the effectiveness and provide suggestions to improve the overall training experience.
        Research and recommend modern training methods and platforms.
        Function as the program manager for structured development programs as and when required

What Are We Looking For?

        Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Training, or related field.
        At least 2 years of experience in an L&D role
        Hands-on experience program managing a wide variety of L&D projects
        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
        Strong understanding of training needs and training delivery best practices.
        Meticulous attention to detail.
        Experience with e-learning and performance management platforms.
