 WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR- Al Ghazi, Abu Dhabi, UAE


Key Responsibilities:

    Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries in and out of the warehouse to the correct point of storage area.
    Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs.
    Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase order, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
    Ensure orders for dispatch and inventory transactions accuracy.
    Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean and tidy, and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations.
    Maintain clear and organised records to ensure all reports and documents are filed and stored properly.
    Ensure quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.
    Troubleshoot any vendor delivery issues as per set guidelines and follow up on return process.
    Coordinate with logistics for loading and on time dispatch.
    Manage peak business volume in constrained space environment without compromising standard health and hygiene parameters in warehouse operations.
    Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

Key Requirements:

    Bachelor degree holder.
    Three years work experience as a warehouse supervisor.
    Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS office proficiency.
