Description

Hiring a Logistics Officer for Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

    Coordinates with Warehouse for shipments/deliveries to forwarders/customers in a timely manner.
    Ensures that proper documents/permits is filed.
    Responsible in documentation, monitoring and coordination to customers for inbound/outbound shipments.
    Printing of all necessary imp/exp documents.
    Arranging shipments on behalf of customers.
    Provides shipping documents to Warehouse in timely manner.
    Checking accuracy of documents such as the Airway bill/Bill of Lading.
    Updating daily reports.

Key Requirements:

    Bachelor degree holder.
    Experience in coordinating with Warehouse for shipments, quoting and negotiating rates.
    Document preparation, resolving freight discrepancies.
    Good communication skill.
    Basic computer knowledge.
