Country Director, MENA Responsibilities

    Represent MENA region for Facebook externally when needed
    Lead Facebook MENA business and build a high performance growth culture
    Build and maintain C-level relationships with our clients, partners, as well as other key decision makers in the region
    Ensure that our clients and partners trust Facebook as their most trusted and valued business partner, particularly focusing on delivering business results for them
    Provide leadership to the country team by developing a vision and ensuring its execution, while recruiting new members and continually raising the bar for talent and capabilities
    Represent MENA within the larger Facebook organisation and explain the country’s product or other needs globally

Minimum Qualifications

    15+ years relevant experience carrying revenue or P&L responsibility in high growth industry
    Proven track record of building, growing and maintaining high performing teams, so inclusive people management capabilities are a must
    Strong business acumen, ability and courage to make decisions and ability to execute them for impact
    Solid analytical and problem solving skills with ability to understand complex products and solutions and adapt business strategies accordingly
    Relevant experience in MENA region, preferably in a Country/Regional Director/CEO role but broader experience is a plus
    Deep understanding of consumer tech, media and marketing industry
    Strong reputation and network among the key decision makers, stakeholders and C-Level executives across the region
    Solid communication skills with fluency in English
    A high work ethic combined with a vision that will help achieve Facebook’s global mission

Preferred Qualifications

    Strong preference for Arabic language skills
