Senior Process Engineer- MENA-Water, Sharjah- UAE
As a Process Engineer, working in MENA-Water Proposal & Engineering team, you will provide specialist technical inputs for a wider range in water & wastewater treatment solutions.
Using your process engineering know-how capabilities, you will need a profound understanding of different water and waste water treatment process disciplines (STP, ETP, IWWTP), inclusive technologies (MBBR, MBR, UASB) & other advanced techniques in sanitary sewage & Industrial effluent treatment sector from feasibility studies, proposal concept, detailed engineering inclusive of hydraulic, chemical & sizing calculations and drawings.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATION:
Bachelors’ degree in Engineering is required (Chemical, Process Engineering or Environmental Sciences)
Minimum 5 years of experience in process design engineering in the above specified tasks preferably in GCC.
Pro at CAD/ISO/ CRM
UAE Driving license with vehicle is required –
Language Skills: English (fluent is a must) – Arabic (preferable) – German (would be an additional)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review and assess client’s tender documents, project specifications, employer’s requirement and verification of FEED design and optimization of the same.
Process design & detailed engineering inclusive of performing process design calculations/simulations, process optimization, sizing & selection of equipment’s etc. for tenders and ongoing projects.
Preparation of various engineering deliverables such as datasheets / calculations, equipment specifications, cause & effect diagrams, Control philosophy, various types of procedures, HAZOP studies & reports, operation & maintenance manuals etc. and providing necessary engineering inputs to other disciplines and other departments.
Prepare quotations and tender submission documentation as per tender requirements. Review and assess feasibility of process engineering with respect to engineering deliverables wherever required.
Support inter-department teams in seamless manners. Continually monitor new technologies & upgrade by own for process optimization opportunities.
