Aldar Education is currently seeking Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis to join our growing family of owned and operated schools in the UAE.

Job Purpose:
Support Group Head–Finance & Investments in financial analysis, Budgeting, 5- year Business Plans, Re-forecasting, Management Information System review to support financial decision making.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support in the development of 5-years business planning process
Leading annual budgeting and monthly variance analysis review
Ensure the financial reports provide appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance of the Business Units.
Measure, plan and forecast/re-forecast activities and implications to income statement and balance sheet
Develop and/or maintain dynamic financial models with sensitivity and scenario analysis projecting 10-year financial statements.
Support in development of quarterly board packs for financial updates
Lead the coordination with respective departments to manage all the data sets for timely and accurate financial analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance or engineering
MBA in Finance/Qualified accountant (CA/CPA) preferred
Advanced excel skills with proven financial modeling experience
Excellent analytical capabilities and hands on experience in MS Office presentations
Experience in Education sector is desirable
8+ minimum years of experience
Ability to liaise effectively business functions in order to collect input required for analysis
Ability to manage a team
Ability to be detail focused when required whilst maintaining sight of the big picture
Deadline oriented and take ownership of work
