Electromechanical Engineer- Sabis, UAE
Job Purpose:
Providing management oversight for all phases of SABIS® construction projects, including coordinating employees, subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed and work is proceeding, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of project following a logical pattern for utilization of resources.
Overseeing performance of all contractors and reviewing architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
Tracking and controlling construction schedules and associated costs to achieve completion of projects within time and monies allocated.
Reporting to direct manager about progress and recommending any necessary modifications of plans.
Keeping abreast of new design and construction methodologies and technologies to make sure that our school campuses are more efficient and less costly to build, operate, and maintain, and updating the SSD accordingly.
Ideal Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical or Mechanical Engineering
PMP is a plus
English proficient
A minimum of 7 to 9 years of experience in the field
