Buyer/Procurement Specialist- Kuwait
• Compare & analyze statistically data to determine the feasibility of buying products.
• Review contract terms and ensure the co. gets the best deal.
•Ensure contracts are managed in a timely manner
• Review specs and scope of high-value purchases, contract jobs and contract purchases
• Procurement liaison to Operations/Inventory teams to gather relevant data sets for various cross-sectional analyses.
• Work hand-in-glove with Procurement Manager and other internal/external stakeholders to drive key initiatives.
• Market research for key purchases and scout for new vendors who can provide better service/product at better cost efficiency and delivery time.
• Obtain Quotations; arrange the purchases, LPOs, RFQs etc.
Candidate Profile:
Must have minimum 2 years of experience in procurement related work, must have good negotiation skills, communication skills and MS office skills.
Must be at least graduate
Any Male Arab national.
