About the Role

• 
  Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within a market segment by effectively selling the company products.

What We Need From You

• 
  Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization's products.

• Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.

• Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.

• Determines customer needs and propose appropriate service needs.

• Meets or exceed the new business sales goals.

• Completes required Customer Service Agreements, reports and other paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policy.

• Develops and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly.

• Regularly meet with Consumer Sales Manager to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers

• Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.

• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.

• Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.

• Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

• Participates in trade shows and conventions.

• Performs any other related tasks as assigned or needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• 
  Excellent communication skills.

• Valid Bahrain Driving License + owns a car.

• Available to join with a 1-month notice period or less.

• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (Arabic is a plus).

• Knowledge in MS Office.

• Identify customer's requirements correctly, exceed customer expectations and act proactively for ensuring customer satisfaction

As a Client Service Account Analyst within J.P. Morgan Wholesale Payments, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service experiences. Your role will involve building strong relationships with key contacts, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and conducting regular service reviews to maintain seamless client experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the client experience across all aspects of their day-to-day relationship with JPMorgan.
• Maintain an accurate and active service temperature check for all clients within your portfolio.
• Identify and remediate service issues impacting clients.
• Understand organizational structures to communicate and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.

• Specialist - Internal Medicine (ICU )

Job Summary:

• We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist in Internal Medicine The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care and be able to provide specialized care to patients in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Diagnosing and treating common illnesses.
• Ordering and interpreting lab tests and other diagnostic tests.
• Recommending lifestyle changes.
• Prescribing medications to treat acute or chronic conditions.
• Providing primary care services to patients ranging from newborns to adults, including administering vaccinations and physical exams.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and disease management.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and best practices in critical care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with medical standards and protocols.
• Mentor and supervise junior medical staff and provide guidance as needed.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Internal Medicine
• Fellowship training in Critical Care Medicine preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Specialist in Internal Medicine, with a focus on critical care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in computer systems and electronic medical records

License:

• Valid MoH license as Specialist (for Candidates within the Kingdom of Bahrain)
