About the role You will be responsible for the leadership of all Invoice to Pay functions ensuring effective, efficient and high-quality processes across the network (Doha and outstations). You will be responsible for Global Operations, Global Support, Compliance & Reporting and Project Management of Invoice to Pay (I2P). You will also oversee the daily operations, tactical improvement projects and strategic direction of I2P. This includes the implementation of new technologies, process/system and migrations to ensure the delivery of leading performance are measured by externally benchmarked key performance indicators. You will report operational performance and risks to management and stakeholders to ensure all control, operational and financial commitments are met in line with policy. You will set and direct Standard Operating Procedures, Internal Accounting procedures, Self-audit plans, Invoice to Pay Policy review and propose strategic plans for continuous improvement in the unit Responsibilities
Act as the Global Process Owner for Invoice to Pay
Responsible for developing and implementing strategy, which delivers leading practice across activities between the I2P Team, network suppliers, and worldwide airports and Doha.
Ensure and maximise efficiencies in the I2P function, in order to secure optimal performance in terms or time, cost and accuracy
Actively pursue synergies with internal and external partners in order to optimise operations and resources.
Initiate and drive continuous improvement program to ensure industry best practice in I2P and developing a robust approach to automated technology including leveraging the latest upgrades of ERP(s): OCR (Optical Character Recognition), RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI (Artificial Intelligence), MLT (Machine
Learning Tool). Transform operational activities to minimize manual processing.
Lead the design and development of systems, policies and procedures to govern payments and ensure risk free transactions.
Lead the design and implementation of innovative strategies and upgraded policies and procedures on handling high volume and high complexity processes ensuring standardization globally.
Direct the Invoice to Pay Transformation process implementing solutions to process gaps, local and foreign regulation issues, and gaining long term efficiencies, continuous improvement and automation.

About you Knowledge Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with minimum 10 years of job related experience
Qualified Accountant. ACA / ACCA / CPA qualification would be preferred
Experience in managing BPO
Experienced in managing large and diverse team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English along with presentation skills.
Strong leadership and business/performance mindset, with outstanding capabilities of negotiation and influence.
Hands-on experience being at ease in both strategic & operational activities and at the same time managing ambiguity
Strong analytical skills with the ability to review variances, understand business cycle and their impact on profit and loss account, budgets, forecasts, etc
Must have excellent organizational ability to set priorities, handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
Managerial skills - ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.
Strong mentoring and coaching skills, ability to train and develop subordinate's skills.

POSITION SUMMARY
Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment. Maintain and conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant. Monitor and control property temperature. Monitor and analyze energy and utilities usage. Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment. Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems or electronic wiring. Assemble, install, and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, etc. Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Vice President with the Strategy and Communications team at Teneo, your role will include:
Leads reputation management and advisory - act as a trusted strategic communications expert for key government and private sector clients, utilizing regional geopolitical and/ or business intelligence to advise clients on opportunities and reputational challenges.
Leads communications strategy development and deployment – leverages research, insights and discussions with client to lead the creation of communications strategies, leveraging Teneo's resources, offerings and expertise across business segments.
Overseeing communications planning and deployment – oversee the development and implementation of tailored narratives, integrated communications plans and innovative campaigns. Quality assures content development across diverse formats such as key messages, talking points, speeches and op-eds, media engagements etc.
Account management – lead on account delivery, managing a team of experts to deliver high quality client servicing and acting as the main point person with the client. Actively coach and mentor junior team members.
Client management – build and maintain strong relationships with the client, seeking growth opportunities where possible. Proactively manage the client and work to take advantage of opportunities/ resolve issues as needed.
Supporting new business development - actively building network of new client/ prospect relationships, working on new business opportunities including leading proposals and participating in client pitch meetings. Demonstrates commercial acumen in costing and managing the delivery or projects.
Furthermore, you will be expected to:
Build strong relationships, fostering long-term partnerships and seeking organic growth opportunities through new business proposal development;
Create advisory notes for client leadership, addressing media narratives, geopolitical risks, and reputational issues, while monitoring media coverage for clients and competitors;

Skills and Experience
A bachelor's degree or higher in communications, journalism, political science, public policy, business or a related field
7-10 years of experience in a strategy or communications role – within agency or in-house
Outstanding leadership skills, especially in multicultural and interdisciplinary settings
Strong understanding of the region – its media and geopolitical landscapes
Experience offering client senior client counsel across a broad range of corporate reputational or market-related topics
