Job DescriptionManage and process sales orders accurately, ensuring all details align with customer specifications and production capabilities.Coordinate with the production team to establish realistic delivery timelines and proactively communicate any potential delays to clients.Prepare and distribute sales reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses to address concerns and resolve issues.Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and presentations, tailoring content to meet specific customer needs and requirements.Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring accurate records of interactions, orders, and communications.Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for customer retention and upselling, maximizing revenue generation.Oversee the management of sales-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, and shipping documents, ensuring compliance with company policies.Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends, providing valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.Coordinate and support sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Desired Candidate ProfilePossesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.Exhibits a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and customer service principles.Proficient in using CRM software, such as Salesforce or similar, to manage customer interactions and sales data.Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.Displays strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.Exhibits a proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.Possesses strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and generate insights.Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Exhibits a collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to work with others to achieve common goals.
