The SAP Customer Experience (CX) Solution Sales Executive is responsible for selling a defined portfolio of SAP CX products solutions across a targeted line of business or buying centre such as Marketing, Sales, Service, Commerce, and Customer Data. This role focuses on helping customers modernize customer engagement, unify experiences, and drive revenue growth through SAP’s CX suite. Supports efforts to ensure solutions are adopted and value is realized. Responsible for the continuity and expansion of the customer's ongoing business with SAP. Focused on named existing and/or prospective accounts. Maintains customer relationship and influences customers' requirements' specification.

Typically carries a quota.

Experience

• advanced technical or business skills and special knowledge in one /several areas.
• individuals with a customer focus have developed the acumen to cultivate and develop lasting customer relations.
• typically, several years’ experience with increasing amount of responsibility.

Communication

• builds and maintains partnerships with internal and external customers and partners.
• contributes actively to build common ground for cooperation.
• communicates clear and conveying processes & policies in a way that others can understand.
• communicates relevant messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback to cross functional colleagues & managers.
