Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented QHSE Manager to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

Participates in the development and implementation of design office and project related plans.

Assigns and provides technical supervision of related performance, qualifications and programs.

Reviews contractors on bid list with regard to related performance, qualifications and programs.

Conducts safety audits through review and analysis of performance of safety records and safety inspections of various offices and projects in compliance with ESHARP Management.

Participates with labor relations representatives in pre-job conferences to present the company safety policy and explain implementation on the project.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Experience and a cultural understanding of project management.

Broad knowledge of the quality principles/tools and their application to engineering, environmental, procurement, construction, testing, operations, or decommissioning.

Knowledge of the application of corrective actions to reconcile nonconforming conditions.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and functions which impact the quality program/plan.

Proficiency in verbal and written communications.

Proficiency in providing direction and on the job training to assigned personnel.

Proficiency in the use of applicable computer programs

Must have experience at senior management level as well as having extensive experience in client facing roles.

QHSE Manager Position Requirements:

Bachelors in Engineering, Architecture or equivalent from an accredited university.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in QHSE management on engineering projects.

Chartered Engineer status is ideal.

GCC experience is referred.

The project manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects within the organization, from the initial ideation through to completion.

They coordinate between departments, clients and processes to deliver the projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to the objectives.

Coordinates all client development activity from a project management perspective; driving the planning, the cadence and efficiency of such activity.

Develops, implements and manages project plans, with the ability to create detailed work break-down structures. Ensures that proper forecasting is being done for all projects on assigned accounts. Sets up and runs all necessary key touch-point meetings in the process.

Partners with CRC on deployment of TRR score surveys 3 times per year and develops market and LoB readouts as results are collected. Provides central analysis for Dentsu Client Development and executive team on score and feedback trends across client base and target clients, to enable tracking towards score improvement goal.

Prepares and circulates (from Salesforce) periodic Client Development status reports by Client Development Officer and LoB.

Creates and maintains an integrated master schedule for all client development initiatives.

Maintains status documentation, informing key stakeholders on project milestones, risks and assessments. 

Identifies opportunities for new insights and trends that may impact business decisions, short and long-term growth, resource allocation / workforce strategy in collaboration with Client Development leadership.

Creates and manages effective, efficient metric models for SS&CM, providing the insights and analysis necessary for client segmentation and growth strategies. Lead development of client target analysis and perform ongoing maintenance / tracking for target list.

Participates in multiple, concurrent projects with external partners and internal cross-functional team members.

Conducts and synthesizes research reports on industry and economic trends, the competitive landscape and key clients.

Supports Commercial Team on P&L rollouts for individual accounts, acting as key liaison on Client Development team.

Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to resolve, maintain and manageclient’s software/ hardware/ network based on the service requestsraised from the end-user as per the defined SLA’s ensuring clientsatisfaction

Do

  

Ensure timely response of all the tickets raised by theclient end user

Service requests solutioning by maintaining quality parameters

Act as a custodian of client’s network/ server/ system/storage/ platform/ infrastructure and other equipment’s to keeptrack of each of their proper functioning and upkeep

Keep a check on the number of tickets raised (dial home/ email/chat/ IMS), ensuring right solutioning as per the defined resolutiontimeframe

Perform root cause analysis of the tickets raised and create anaction plan to resolve the problem to ensure right client satisfaction

Provide an acceptance and immediate resolution to the high prioritytickets/ service

Installing and configuring software/ hardware requirements based onservice requests

100% adherence to timeliness as per the priority of each issue, tomanage client expectations and ensure zero escalations

Provide application/ user access as per client requirements andrequests to ensure timely solutioning

Track all the tickets from acceptance to resolution stage as per theresolution time defined by the customer

Maintain timely backup of important data/ logs and managementresources to ensure the solution is of acceptable quality to maintainclient satisfaction

Coordinate with on-site team for complex problem resolution andensure timely client servicing

Review the log which Chat BOTS gather and ensure all the servicerequests/ issues are resolved in a timely manner
