 The Role

  • Experience in sourcing Shop Decoration items.
  • Experience in sourcing Steel, brass and quality items for Interior decoration
  • Capable to source wooden items and work done through Joinery / Carpentry.
  • Research potential vendors
  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Review quality of purchased products
  • Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role
  • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
  • Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g. Procurify or SpendMap)
  • Understanding of supply chain procedures
  • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses

  • BSc in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field

Job Description

  • Advise and provide consultation in transaction matters on day-to-day issues that require legal assistance including interpreting Laws, rules and regulations to protect and safeguard the legal and financial positions of the client
  • Draft, review, modify, and negotiate construction contracts, government contracts, and contractor agreements that properly protect the client
  • Advise on and resolve construction claims and disputes regarding contracts, construction defects, torts, payments, bond claims, and liens to avoid litigation and arbitration where possible
  • Develop policies, processes and procedures pertaining to the Legal Affairs Department in coordination with the corporate excellence section and manage their implementation to ensure adherence and all relevant requirements are fulfilled.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor Degree Holders: at least 8 to 10 years of experience in Commercial and Corporate law practice role.



OR

  • Post Graduate Holders: at least 7 to 8 years of experience in Commercial and Corporate Law practice field.
  • Must have extensive experience in construction law (non-contentious and contentious) and FIDIC contracts.
  • Previous experience within the construction practice of recognised law firm, or as in-house counsel within the real estate industry is preferable.

 We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to support our busy HR team. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the full spectrum of HR services including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations and engagement activities.
  • Set up interviews and correspond with prospective employees in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update HR systems and records.

Requirements:

  • Solid HR administration experience, ideally in a professional services environment.
  • Skilled user of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency with office technology and equipment, including printers, photocopiers and scanners.
  • Capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Capable of maintaining confidential information and matters with discretion.
  • Ability to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident and organised and able to make decisions quickly.
  • An understanding of the UAE labour law and/or other GCC labour laws would be advantageous.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Conduct market research, financial analysis, report writing, presentation, and participation in internal and external meetings.
  • Assist in preparation of client pitches, presentations and proposals.
  • Solid understanding of the demand drivers for residential, retail, hospitality, and office sectors.
  • Understand the basic principles governing macroeconomics and how the macroeconomic indicators affect the demand for real estate.
  • Ability to prepare real estate financial models independently is essential.
  • Create, update and maintain the database for all the cities across the GCC.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in real estate development is essential.
  • A degree in real estate would be preferred. Educational background in commerce is essential.
  • GCC working experience is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong real estate financial modelling skills are essential.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude towards routine tasks.
  • Good interpersonal skills and an ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proactive and should enjoy working autonomously and as part of a wider team.
  • Ability to adapt, prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Willing to travel as required.
  • Fluency in Arabic language is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
