About the Job:
We are currently looking for an experienced Sea Freight Coordinator in Al Futtaim Logistics. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will handle sea freight documentation and liaise with all stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely sea freight operations procedures. You will focus on efficient handling of customer service while coordinating with internal and external clients. You will ensure the accuracy in billing invoice, costing, posting of data entry in the system.
About You:
The successful candidate should possess a Degree or Diploma preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics. You should have at least 2-3-years’ experience as a Sea Freight Coordinator in the UAE. Experience in Sea freight operations and import processes is mandatory! You should have the ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customer. You should have excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills and has the ability to solve problems quickly.
