 The Content and Technology Solutions Sales Team is responsible for selling unique and core content sets to power client’s internal systems and platforms. The team works closely with Quantitative Data Scientists, Application Developers, Performance and Risk managers, Compliance and Enterprise Data Management professionals.

The CTS EMEA Sales team covers over 400 accounts across Investment Managers, Global Banking & Brokerage and Strategic Partnerships & Alliances. With FactSet growing its Content footprint in the industry, the CTS group is a key team aggressively driving this growth.

The CTS sales team is seeking a Sales Specialist to develop our sales efforts in the MEA region.  Responsibilities include: lead generation, prospecting, increasing net ASV, servicing and maintaining current clients, and coordinating sales efforts for our product line in the region.

The Sales Specialist will be expected to:

  • Build and manage a solid pipeline

  • Provide feedback to Product Development team to enhance and improve our products

  • Identify opportunities and manage the entire sales process

  • Coordinate trials and manage projects

  • Educate sales and consulting about our products and best practices

Requirements

An important part of the sales process is to discuss with clients how to leverage FactSet data within their investment & Research process, as well as suggesting the most appropriate way to deliver the data.  Therefore, the ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively with different groups within the organisation.  

In addition, the candidate must have:

  • Proven ability to identify and monetize opportunities within clients

  • Enthusiasm, desire and a strong sense of initiative

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical skills and capable of thinking creatively and strategically

  • Ability to maintain confidence and composure in challenging situations

  • Desire to pursue a career path in sales

  • At least 2 years of FactSet experience in a client-facing role a plus

  • Technical knowledge/background a plus

Position Purpose
Reporting directly to the Product Manager - Moving Services, the successful candidate will be part of a growing mobility team and will act as the main point of communication with potential (and existing) Move One corporate clients. The Sales Representative will be responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts and will manage the quality and consistency of all Move One product and service delivery.
Responsibilities / Function Tasks / Duties
Present and sell company products and services (moving, relocation, logistics or any other specialized Move One service to current and potential clients in the assigned territory/market segment 
Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. 
Seek out opportunities to increase business in all service areas. 
Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned. 
Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships. 
Help develop and submit professional, clear and effective proposals for current and prospective customers. 
Provide a consistently high level of service to Move One customers regarding the entire process of relocation, freight rates, service levels, schedule information and customer inquiries and complaints. 
Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups. 
Identify and resolve client concerns. 
Stay up-to-date on new product and service opportunities, special developments, market conditions, competitors’ activities as well as advertising and promotional trends via personal connections and through the reading of pertinent literature. 
Communicate new opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through networking activities to appropriate company staff. 
Participate in sales meetings, networking events (inside and outside of core business hours). 
Stay current on customer and industry trends. 
Understand competitor strategies, capabilities and pricing to better position Move One advantageously. 

Skills

Preference for University graduate or equivalent .
Fluent English speaker is essential .
Min 3-4 years Sales or Customer Service experience preferred. 
Moving, Relocations or Logistics industry knowledge / experience preferred (2-5 years). 
Demonstrated success in building revenue in prior sales positions and a familiarity with the regional market in the corporate relocation and moving industry are desired. 
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and will have a clear focus on high quality and business profit.

Flight Scheduling

·        Prepare and schedule trip on behalf of our management clients

·        Coordinate crew assignment with crew planner/crew coordination

·        Perform route analysis to ensure flight is feasible (aircraft performance, airspace security, sanctions)

·        Worldwide coordination of airport and ATC slots

 

Flight Planning

·        Production of operational and ATC flight plans

·        Weather and NOTAM analysis for each sector

·        Ensure flight plans meet company requirements according to GOM

·        EROPS / ETOPS flight planning

·        Apply the knowledge of aeronautical navigation systems, charts, and airspace structure, worldwide

·        Apply the knowledge of air traffic control and preferred routing systems worldwide

·        Knowledge of aircraft performance, AFM, MEL

·        Compilation of flight plan package for crew (briefing, weather charts etc.)

OCC – Operation Control Tasks

·        ATC slot monitoring

·        Flight following (monitoring aircraft movement messages and other systems)

·        Assist travel desk regarding airline, hotel and rental car bookings for crew members

·        Assist crew planner regarding crew rotations and flight time limitations

 Additional Team Leader Tasks

·        Establish JASA dispatch team with process- and system support from Jet Aviation in Zurich, Switzerland
