ABOUT THE JOB

Reporting to the General Manger, we are seeking an HR leader who will be responsible for Human Resources Management, Training and Development, Employee Relations and Welfare, liaising with the concerned Government authorities and other external parties that have an impact on the overall business.

Additionally, this role will ensure that harmonious Employee Relations are established and maintained, developing relevant HR policies and procedures that provides advice to management on Employee Relations issues.

REQUIREMENTS

We invite top Saudi National degree qualified talent to apply for this position who have 15 years experience in Human Resources from a public transportation program, railway operations and maintenance contractor or a related industry environment.

Expertise in HRIS implementation, employee and candidates assessments, mass recruitment for a skilled labour workforce from the local Saudi market and abroad, proven track record in achieving ambitious hiring and career development objectives for local Saudi talent, effective leader within the private sector and multinational environments with more than 1,000 employees.

To be successful in this role you will have successfully led change management across an organisation and have a clear understanding of the complexities of what it takes to shape an organisation to be a "people" organisation. The right candidate for this position will be fair, hands on but able to see the big picture, people focused in all areas of the business and HR, outcome driven and commercially astute.

IDEAL PROFILE

Experience and Skills advantageous for this role are:

    Fluency in Arabic, English and/or French essential.
    Experience in Greenfield projects or significant business expansions in terms of headcount.
    Mass recruitment expert from the local market and abroad.
    Transportation industry experience particularly in metro/rail operations.

    6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
    Expert level skills in Java / C#
    In-depth knowledge of data structures implementation and optimization
    Expert level skills in multi-threading, concurrency, and error-handling
    Expert level skills in implementing design patterns (singleton, facade, factory, observer etc.)
    Experience building enterprise scale web services (RESTful), and their scalability, resiliency, and availability
    Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, application design, and implementing large components for enterprise projects
    Desired qualifications
    Experience in building ODATA compliant REST services
    Experience in Building highly robust Android or iOS applications
    Experience in language features such as lambda expressions, generics, and streams
    Experience implementing multiple cross cutting concerns and non-functional requirements using aspect oriented programming (viz. aspectJ)
    Experience in payments tech industry
