Digital Marketing With A Focus On Paid Media :
Partner with our San Francisco HQ and support the Digital Manager to define and drive the Paid Media Strategy, working closely with key cross functional departments such as eComm, Trade Marketing, PR, and other business
Translate the Marketing Plan into optimized media campaigns and in line with the brand
Plan, execute and optimize online adverts on Google Adwords, Facebook, TikTok etc. to increase brand
o At Benefit, our Paid Media is handled 100% in-house. Hands-on experience with paid solutions is required.
Be in charge of SEO (planning and executing).
Keep track of Paid Media KPIs, share consolidated report on a monthly basis & provide recommendations based on
Work closely with our eComm team to improve performance marketing
Acquire insights in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
Be involved in all campaigns in terms of strategy, as well as online and offline execution
Influencer Marketing :
Build and maintain close relations with industry influencers, hand in hand with the PR Manager and Digital Manager, and proactively negotiate and secure Earned
Keep track of Earned Media KPIs, share consolidated report on a monthly basis & provide recommendations based on
Proactively support and participate in any Influencer activation (trips, events, )
Monitor industry trends and adopt best practices in a timely
Administrative work :
Track and manage Digital Budget
Ensure all expenses are processed by our accounting team and booked under the right project code and P&L
Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications
3 years of experience in digital marketing: experience in paid media, SEO, Google Adwords…
Experience with Influencer Marketing
Strong oral and written communication
Analytical skills - ability to draw conclusions from
Fluent English & Arabic spoken and written
Benefit Cosmetics is looking for a savvy, friendly, motivated, and energetic Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join the Middle East team.
