SENIOR ESTIMATING MANAGER - AL KHOBAR - SAUDI ARABIA
Main Duties : Brevan is currently looking for a senior Estimating Manager with 20 years multi industry experience to work with our client a based in Al-Khobar Saudi Arabia. Our client is a world leading engineering contractor for O&G, Power, Infrastructure and PetroChemical. The candidate must be Aramco approved.
Primary Job Responsibilities: This Senior Manager level position will accomplish results through their organization skills and by managing lower-level subordinate supervisors or experienced exempt employees. As well this role will function as department advisor being involved in all daily planning and operations within the group, and will be responsible to resolve or provide direction on all complex issues (internal or client related). In addition to the above this candidate should possess, or be responsible for, the following: Experience with the following lines of business: Oil & Gas, Power, Pipelines,Petrochemical, Buildings, Infrastructure Ability to understand, co-ordinate, and communicate Client objectives Ability to practice and enforce project controls standard operating procedures andguidelines Ability to develop or give direction on comprehensive: estimate plans, estimatingman-hour estimates, and estimate schedules, and basis of estimates Ability to read and interpret: Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & InstrumentDiagrams (P&IDs), Electrical Single-Line Diagrams, Plot Plans, GeneralArrangement Drawings Overall knowledge of Material Take-Offs from the following engineering disciplines:Mechanical Equipment, Civil, Buildings, Earthwork, Concrete, Steel, Piping,Insulation, Instrumentation, Communications and Electrical Ability to determine, maintain and apply In Kingdom site location and projectproductivity factors relative to the corporate USGC standard Ability to develop construction all-in wage rates D
