Role Overview
You will be responsible for overseeing technical operations on-site, ensuring that every square inch of our projects meets the "Elite" standard of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure construction aligns strictly with approved drawings and specifications.
- Technical Supervision: Oversee subcontractors and site labor to maintain high productivity and workmanship.
- Quality & Safety: Implement rigorous QA/QC procedures and uphold HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
- Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, material take-offs, and project schedules to keep stakeholders informed.
- Problem Solving: Identify technical bottlenecks on-site and provide immediate, effective engineering solutions.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Years of experience in the UAE/Regional contracting industry (preferably in residential or commercial projects).
- Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and site management software.
- Credentials: Civil Defense cards if required, e.g., Dubai Municipality G+1 or Unlimited].
- Traits: Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced contracting environment.
