Technician, Doha, Qatar

Overview of the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Technician to join our Service Department in Qatar. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering high-quality service and repairs on customer vehicles, ensuring dealer standards are met and contributing to workshop revenue through technical efficiency and productivity.

What You Will Do•    Execute service and repair jobs promptly as per the repair order and schedule.•    Diagnose and troubleshoot issues accurately to ensure “Fix it Right First Time.”•    Maintain tools, equipment, and work bays in line with company standards.•    Prepare repair estimates and report additional jobs with cost implications.•    Complete required training and certifications, including annual skills contests.•    Follow safety protocols, use PPE, and report incidents promptly.•    Participate in workshop meetings and adhere to standard operating procedures.

Required Skills to Be Successful•    ITI/Diploma in Automobile Engineering.•    2–3 years of experience as a Technician in an automotive dealership.•    Strong technical skills in automotive repair and diagnostics.•    Ability to handle special tools and equipment safely and effectively.•    Basic PC skills and familiarity with workshop manuals and wiring diagrams.
