You will play a critical role in the short-term planning, control, and management of line, light, and AOG maintenance activities. All while supporting the delivery of a safe, compliant, and operationally world class airline by creating and managing maintenance schedules and work programmes that optimise fleet availability, cost, and performance.
Working closely with the Maintenance Control Centre, OCC, Production Planning, and engineering teams, you will coordinate AOG recovery, manage work packages, and ensure the correct provisioning of materials, tooling, and resources.
You will contribute to daily operational meetings, support production queries, and maintain strong cross-functional interfaces to enable uninterrupted 24/7 operations.
Throughout all activities, you will ensure safety and airworthiness standards are upheld in line with GACA requirements and industry best practice, while supporting the wider goals and KPIs of the Maintenance Planning team.

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 5 years in aviation maintenance or planning.
You are expected to have proven experience in Aircraft Maintenance Planning, modifications, upgrade programs and project management.
