POSITION SUMMARY
Ensure adherence to tax regulations, proactively manage tax-related risks, and drive tax efficiency aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Ensure the accurate and timely preparation, submission, and filing of various tax returns, including letters of objection and appeals.
- Support tax audits and litigation processes, ensuring compliance and effective resolution.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and requests from tax authorities, providing prompt and thorough responses.
- Stay up to date with changes in tax laws, regulations, and jurisprudence, and assess their impact on business operations.
- Provide strategic tax advice on business transactions, contracts, and projects to optimize outcomes and ensure compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of tax reports and contribute to tax planning initiatives aimed at optimizing the company’s tax position.
What will make you successful…
- Experience in a tax role in NestlΓ©, or another multinational company or with external consultants.
- Proficiency in local language. Fluency in English.
- University Degree in Business, Finance & Accounting. CPA Preferred
