We are looking for a seasoned Surface Well Testing Supervisor (15K qualified) to lead onshore exploration well operations in Kuwait. The Supervisor will be fully accountable for the execution of the test program, managing multiple crews and ensuring safe, efficient operation of high-pressure (15,000 PSI) surface well testing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all SWT operations on site for 15K test package.
- Lead Crew Chiefs and operators — ensure proper execution of rig-up, flow periods, clean-up, and rig-down.
- Interface directly with the Client’s Company Man / Wellsite Representative.
- Conduct safety meetings, verify permits, and enforce all HSE compliance.
- Diagnose operational issues and adjust test parameters as required.
- Monitor data, optimise test performance, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Coordinate logistics, personnel rotation, and equipment readiness.
- Minimum 7-10 years’ Surface Well Testing experience, with 3+ years as Supervisor on 15K jobs.
- Proven track record working on high-pressure exploration or appraisal wells.
- Strong knowledge of choke manifolds, separators, MPFM, burner boom operations, flare management and pressure control equipment.
- Excellent leadership and client interface skills.
