What you will do (Key Responsibilities):
- Assist in purchasing goods, equipment, and services to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Support quotation reviews, price comparisons, and supplier negotiations.
- Coordinate with departments to collect requirements and prepare purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier information.
- Help monitor inventory levels and support cost-saving initiatives.
What you must have (Requirements):
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of procurement laws, policies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
