Strategic Planning and Engineering Management Expert, Dar Al Riyadh, Eastern Province, KSA

We need a Strategic Planning and Engineering Management Expert,

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive research and strategic analyses covering social, economic, environmental, and technical aspects relevant to organizational projects.
• Synthesize complex data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and planning.
• Provide recommendations based on thorough analysis of studies and strategic assessments.
• Plan, initiate, and oversee strategic studies, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.
• Develop detailed scopes of work, methodologies, and timelines for internal or external execution of studies.
• Ensure timely delivery of strategic studies outcomes and documentation.
• Engage and coordinate with internal departments, external consultants, and other stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of strategic studies.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and consultations to gather diverse insights and ensure alignment.
• Act as the primary contact for addressing inquiries and providing updates related to strategic studies.
• Ensure strategic studies align with relevant regulatory frameworks, policy guidelines, and institutional priorities.
• Provide expertise in navigating regulatory requirements and standards applicable to strategic planning and execution.
• Maintain updated knowledge of policy developments that impact strategic study areas.
• Develop comprehensive reports, briefings, and strategic documents for management and stakeholders.
• Maintain rigorous documentation of methodologies, findings, recommendations, and stakeholder feedback.
Regularly communicate study findings clearly and effectively through presentations and reports to senior management and stakeholders.


• Essential Requirements:
  

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years’ experience in Strategic Planning.
• Extensive experience in coordinating with various stakeholders including public and private sectors.
• Ability to manage strategic project plans, studies, and timelines.
• Experience in registration processes with the Expenditure and Project Efficiency Authority
• Familiarity with strategic, social, economic, environmental, and financial project dimensions.
