We need a Marketing Specialist,

The Role
We're seeking an innovative Marketing Specialist to join our Cloud Spaces team in Saudi Arabia. As a key player in our marketing department, you'll oversee marketing initiatives and execute events and campaigns for our Saudi locations to drive brand awareness, engagement, and leads. Key Responsibilities • Execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels (Digital, Social, Email) specifically for the KSA market • Manage and optimize social media platforms and Search ads , including performance analysis and content optimization • Organize community events for Cloud Spaces , including sourcing and coordinating with key speakers and influencers to enhance audience experience and drive footfall • Lead post-event analysis and reporting to measure success metrics and inform future event strategies • Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement • Ensure all projects align with established creative plans and meet deadlines • Develop and manage partnerships with aggregators, real estate agents, and government entities • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling promotional materials for events and campaigns • Monitor industry trends and implement best practices to enhance marketing effectiveness • Track and analyze social media and influencer program metrics • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand target audiences, competitive landscape, and emerging trends • Coordinate with external marketing agencies to execute campaigns effectively

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in business center or hospitality industry • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field • Demonstrated success in designing and executing marketing campaigns • Outstanding communication, creative thinking, and analytical capabilities • Proficiency in marketing software platforms (HubSpot, Hootsuite, Google Analytics) • Excellent project management and organizational abilities • Professional fluency in both Arabic and English languages
