We need a Legal Advisor & Contracts Manager, 
The Role
Legal Advisor & Contracts Manager Location: Sharjah, UAE Salary: AED 10,000 – 15,000 About the Role We are looking for an experienced Legal Advisor & Contracts Manager to oversee the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts while ensuring full compliance with UAE laws and regulations. This role will safeguard the company’s legal interests across all phases of our high-value real estate developments. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and property-related matters. Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws, RERA/DLD requirements, and regulatory frameworks. Manage dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation matters when required. Maintain and update company policies, ensuring legal risk mitigation. Support management in land acquisition, joint ventures, and project approvals.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM). Licensed to practice law in the UAE or recognized jurisdiction. Minimum 7+ years of experience in real estate and construction law. Strong knowledge of UAE contract law and property regulations. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills. Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken & written).
