Automotive Workshop Manager, Special Engines, Muscat, Oman

We need an Automotive Workshop Manager,
The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Workshop Manager to lead and oversee all operations of our automotive service center in Muscat. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing an independent workshop, ensure the workshop runs efficiently, providing exceptional service quality while maintaining high standards of safety and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of the automotive workshop ensuring efficient workflow and quality service. - Supervise and coordinate the activities of workshop staff including technicians and support personnel. - Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts, ensuring availability and optimal stock levels. - Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance within the workshop. - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. - Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and report on financial performance. - Recruit, train, and evaluate workshop staff to foster a skilled and motivated team. - Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives. - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary parts and services. - Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective resolutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Workshop Manager or similar role within the automotive service industry. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. - Excellent knowledge of automotive repair processes, tools, and equipment. - Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively. - Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous. - Relevant technical certification or degree in automotive technology or engineering preferred. - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently. - Committed to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
