Are you a passionate and qualified teacher with experience in Key Stage 1 education? Ghars International School is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team of educators. As a Form Teacher for Grade 1 or Grade 2, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality lessons based on the British Curriculum within our well-established and multicultural school community.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the home room Teacher for either Grade 1 or Grade 2 class.
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons, collaborating with year group colleagues and the head of the phase.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the professional development of both yourself and your students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that focuses on growth, purpose, and a sense of belonging.
Requirements:
- Certified teaching qualification (B.Ed, PGCE, or equivalent with a subject relevant Bachelor’s Degree).
- Extensive experience in teaching the British National Curriculum in Key Stage 1.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
- Ability to contribute to the overall school community, including running an afterschool co-curricular club.
