We need an Administrator, Procurement (FF&E),

Job Summary

As an Administrator, Procurement (FF&E) you will be a part of the Projects and FF&E team within the Procurement department, reporting to Assistant Manager, Procurement. You will process Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders and obtain quotes as per the user department specifications. Whenever required you will request samples and choose the right supplier after a comparative study based on the price, quality, lead time etc. Administrator Procurement needs to create successful alliances with the suppliers and provide independent and professional judgment towards overall facilities procurement operations. The primary goal is to focus on using best business practice to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity.

About You

We’d like you to have a relevant bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferably in Supply Chain, International Business or Business Administration with a minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience within in a similar capacity. Successful candidate will demonstrate sound knowledge of the procurement processes, exceptional communication skills, logical reasoning, analytical skills and sound understanding of risk assessments. You will have experience with word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, contract software, ERP, and e-Sourcing. You will need to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be able to interface effectively with all levels of management.
