Job description
Overview:
As an HR (Human Resources) Recruiter, your primary responsibility is to attract, select, and hire qualified candidates for job openings within the organization.
Your role is critical in ensuring the company has the right talent to achieve its goals and maintain a productive and diverse workforce.
Here are some typical HR Recruiter responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand the job requirements and responsibilities for each position.
Responsibilities:
Job Posting and Sourcing:
Create and post job advertisements on various platforms such as job boards, social media, company website, and professional networks.
Additionally, use sourcing techniques to proactively identify potential candidates through networking, referrals, and other channels.
Candidate Screening: Review incoming applications and resumes to identify potential matches for the open positions.
Screen candidates based on their qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
Interviewing: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the position.
Coordinate and participate in in-person or virtual interviews with the hiring manager and other team members.
Background Checks and References:
Verify candidates' backgrounds and credentials by conducting reference checks, educational verifications, and employment history checks.
Offer Management:
Collaborate with the hiring manager to determine salary packages and benefits, prepare offer letters, and extend offers to selected candidates.
Onboarding:
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating orientation sessions and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
