Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
Forecasting:
· Delivers timely and comprehensive reporting to Business Area and Zone (current and forecasting reports) of income statement, Balance sheet, FCF and FTE. Aligning the financial forecast with S&OP. Providing risk and commentary for top management.
· Weekly forecast overview for sales with respective countries and with Zone management.
Budgeting:
· Responsible for the annual budget process of the Siemens Healthineers MESA including the alignment of all relevant stakeholders including the sales and the business management team in the assigned countries and with HQ.
Reporting:
· Responsible for zone and country financial reporting (e.g., Sales, flash and headcount reporting).
· Reporting and analysis of contribution and legal margin on a quarterly basis.
· Creation of management reports and performance dialogues with the associated countries.
· Other Ad Hoc reporting: e.g., business supply chain topics (Kinaxis) and bonus reviews.
· Support of MESA leadership team in presentations and special projects.
Controlling:
· Management of GPR / Business specifics closing monthly, ensure proper entries of SAP processes and perform adjustment/correction if necessary.
· Responsible for cost controlling, OWC and FCF Management.
· Overseeing the closing process; monthly/quarterly.
· Calculation of the legal and STC profits to be reported and explain the deviations.
· Ensure a culture of continuous productivity, pro – grow and NCC management and reporting.
MIS
· Develop and update spreadsheet models and dashboards for diverse projects and analysis. Weekly and whenever is requested for new projects.
Your Qualifications and Experience
BA in Finance or related.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance and in financial controlling is a must
Previous experience in healthcare sector is a strong plus
Very good SAP user is a strong plus
Professional business and financial acumen and experience.
Relevant rich industry experience.
Problem solving competencies through collaboration across functional boundary and ownership culture.
Effective business administration, controlling and financial planning.
Trusted partner of BA controlling & Zone finance lead.
