Al Saqer Property Management is a real estate arm of United Al Saqer Group L.L.C. ASPM manage and lease properties in the emirates of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai and Overseas. Our development projects continue to provide quality residential, commercial and retail space at affordable prices which appeal to a broad range of customers.
You:
We are looking for a number-cruncher with attention to detail for the position of Budget Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi, who will be responsible for overseeing financial functions such as assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, taxes, consolidation, cost control and project control. In addition, analyzing budget proposals, determining funding allocations, defending budget recommendations against various stakeholders, and forecasting future financial requirements.
Evaluating budget proposals and funding requests.
Collaborating with project managers to develop a budget.
Conducting cost-benefit analyses to determine value.
Approving or rejecting funding requests.
Determining whether budget proposals are in compliance with regulations.
Defending budget recommendations against management.
Developing a final budgetary agreement with management.
Monitoring spending to ensure it remains within budget.
Estimating and forecasting future financial needs.

Requirements
Monthly Finance Reviews - P&L, BS, CF, Inventory, Receivables, Funding, variance analysis of business performance, preparing monthly presentations for senior management review
Business Plans for entities-Supporting businesses in preparing their long term business plans and strategies, based on known and researched data of the respective business and market
Business Valuations – Support the management in conducting business valuations of its entities or any potential Buy/ Sell deals. Perform valuations based on Incoem and Market approach
Business Due Diligence-Supporting management to perform detailed financial, legal and operational due diligence , along with the subject matter experts, of new business ventures/ deals.
Bank Relationships (long term funding) – Assisting in New Deals Planning & Execution, Maintenance related to existing deals, periodic review of bank covenants
Business Case Reviews related to New Projects/Initiatives (setting up internal benchmarks w.r.t, RoI, Payback, IRR etc.)
Special Assignments- Assisting the Finance Department in specific assignments provided by management, which may include Investigations, Comparative Analysis and Market Intelligence Reviews.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
At least 7 years working in FP&A role for large groups in the region with M&A and Corporate Finance experience.
Experience in Real Estate or Facility Management Industry is an advantage
Prior Big 10 experience required.
Financial ERP user experience preferred.
CFA/ CMA/ ACA
Professional Communication (Written and Verbal).
Expert in DCF Computation and Valuations
Expert in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT and Word).
Should have experience in bank financing and dealing with banking requirements
