Job Description
Assistant Concierge Manager
As an Assistant Concierge Manager, you will always lend a helping hand with a smile. Your passion for the property and respect for our guests' belongings will ensure that our guests feel welcome as soon as they arrive.
What you will be doing:
Timely delivery of guests' luggage, messages, and any other items within the property.
Personalize guests' room orientation in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
Maintain a presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to guests.
Demonstrate the ability to solve guest problems by assisting them and promptly alerting the supervisor of any complaints. Inform management promptly of any complaints, comments, or incidents.
Manage the pre-arrival experience from the time of reservation until the guest checks in.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
A service-focused personality is essential, and customer-related experience is an asset.
Should have at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Concierge Manager.
Holding a UAE Light Vehicle Driving License would be preferred.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation.
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
