My client is a large semi-government organisation that specialises in the transportation and logistics sector. They are passionate about contributing to the success of the Emirate and are playing a key part in the Vision 2040 plan.
Your new role
The purpose of this role is to manage the delivery of the projects / programmes from brief/ business case through to entry into service/ handover. The role is to be the focal point and area of expertise for stakeholder engagement and resolution of day-to-day actions as part of the project. The Project Manager can be accountable for the management and guidance of a small team of Project Managers (Internal and/or External).
The projects will be heavily focused around sustainability and in particular HVAC systems optimisations and EV charging programmes - experience in these fields would be highly desirable.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need to be CIBSE Qualified and have experience in Commercial Sustainability projects. As a project manager you will need experience in Project Scheduling, Risk & Issues Management, Budget Management, Procurement Strategy & Contract Administration, Stakeholder Management, etc.
