What you will do
Regional Sales Operation Support Specialist is a role reporting directly to Regional Sales Operation Manager Controls for our Middle East & Africa region. You will be based in Dubai and will be part of an emergent team that is passionate about rapidly growing our footprint and customer base to achieve our strong growth objectives.
In this role, you will be handling the Sales Order Administration and Order fulfillment functions in the region and will be responsible for supporting the controls sales operations through JCI branches & ABCS partner network across MEA.
As a member of this team, you will work within a multifaceted environment that provides a platform for you to have immediate and long-term impact on the future success of Controls business at a regional level.
How you will do it
As a Sales Operation Support Specialist, you will be using your experience to collaborate with Customer Service, logistics, for MEA region for ensuring delivery of customer requirements in full and in time in the least possible cost to serve and at efficient inventory.
In this role you need to ensure all activities needed to implement monthly revenue targets are achieved in coordination with customer service, ABCS partners & factories. You will collaborate closely with all the JCI factories and OEM suppliers to ensure smooth and timely expediting of orders, deliveries. You will handle effective communication between Sales organization, Operations, Customers and factories.
You pay attention to detail without losing overall perspective of business and corporate requirements. You have good inter-personal skills and ability to handle a large multi-cultured team.

What we look for
Required
• B.E. / B.Tech. from an institute/university of repute.
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant in reputed organizations with strong Sales Support and Order Management Operations within MEA region
• Strong business acumen to communicate, collaborate, support with post sales management
• Recent experience of working on Accounts Receivable reports or any other management reports
• Recent or experience of working on Power BI tool
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, across all levels and environments
• Self-starter, hard-working and results driven mentality, able to continually critique & optimize performance
• Proficient language skills English
