The role?
We have recently set up a new Personnel Logistics function to support our trebling in size as a business. In this role you will be the focal point for all offshore employees, project teams and client contacts responsible for the efficient mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel. Selecting competent personnel from the offshore pool you will assign them to projects whilst building successful relationships. You will provide full details of assignments including check in details, pre-job/assessments and assignment durations. You will also track the offshore pool and their utilisation using Onboard software. Additional tasks will include raising purchase orders, rotational out of hour on call duties and other ad-hoc duties.

Due to the fast paced nature of this role it is important you manage your time well and deal effectively with conflicting demands and priorities that may arise. It is imperative you conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times and develop a collaborative relationship with key contacts. It is essential you are educated to a Higher Level and preferred if you have experience in a similar role.
